Career Contessa

Launched in 2013, Career Contessa is one of the largest career development media/education platforms for women in the U.S. and has consistently been voted one of the best career websites for women.

We are a mission-driven career development platform aimed at providing women with the right tools, education, and services, as well as, expert career guidance. We do this through our completely free blog, salary database, job board, and resources.

Through our approach, we help women reach their goals faster without confusing jargon, false promises, fluff, or guilt trips.

Why women? Because we noticed the average career site doesn’t take into account the fact that women are more likely to experience a wage gap, take a career break, or find themselves the minority in the boardroom. We keep women front and center, however, all are welcome at Career Contessa.
